Purchasing a used or new automobile could be a difficult process should you not know what you will be undertaking. By educating yourself about vehicle shopping prior to deciding to go to the dealership, you could make points easier on your own. The following tips will help the next buying vacation become more pleasurable.

Constantly bring a auto technician together when searching for a brand new car. Car sellers are well known for selling lemons and you may not wish to be their up coming target. Whenever you can not have a auto mechanic to check out cars along, no less than be sure that you have him look at your last choice before you buy it.

Know your limits. Before you start shopping for your next auto or van, determine what you can manage to shell out, and adhere to it. Don’t forget to add interest in your calculations. You will definitely pay close to 20 percent as an advance payment as well, so be well prepared.

Prior to seeing a dealer, know what sort of automobile you want. Investigation all of you possibilities prior to shopping in order to evaluate which works the best for your financial allowance and family needs. Do your research to determine just how much you ought to pay for the prospective car.

Before signing any deal spend some time to go through each and every series, for example the small print. If you have nearly anything listed that you do not comprehend, usually do not signal up until you have an response which you understand. Unsavory salesmen can make use of an agreement to put several fees that were not talked about.

Thank you very much KC and all women sharing your insights. There is so much encouragement and support in your authentic voices. It touched me deeply as well as the recognition of my mission due to you. It feels like I didn’t want to formulate it and stand for it before, for it sounds so cliché. But having walked quite some path to be able to state this to myself aloud and to get aware that this is what am I learning to live, I can afford it to put it this way for now:
I believe that we need to embrace who we truly are in the wholeness of our hearts, bodies and souls so that we can connect with life in its fullness. Become your passion, your love, your joy, your sense of beauty and connection. Claim your freedom to be who you are and you free others to become who are they. In sharing our true selves together we can breathe out and breathe in the preciousness of life.

ok, after reading through a bunch of posts, thank you all for sharing!, i’m getting clearer, right now this is what comes to mind for me.

“Most people think happiness can be found externally but the truth is it can only be found within. ” and “I believe that we need facilitators/teachers/mentors so that we can find the tools that help us remember our own inner joy of being.”

I’ll download the booklet and see if i can get clearer on this as well… thanks KC

  26. Rachel Sarah says:

“We are free, sovereign human beings, and ALL are equal.”

Many of us know know, that stress is the #1 proxy killer… and yet I have never heard anyone take a stand for living our lives in our truth in conjunction with this. I hear doctor after doctor saying to “reduce” stress, but then totally backing off and saying that you “have to” get the kids to school, get to your job, do what your boss asks you to do without question, etc etc etc…

    I’m calling bullshit.

We live in a society that can support so much life and goodness, so much information and sharing of beautiful ideas… and it’s being pissed away to support the existing system, just because it exists. For the first time in human history, we could have each and every human being on the planet pursuing their gifts and talents in a way that benefits both themselves and everyone else.

We need to start living in accordance with the truth of who we really are, in alignment with our core values. We need to CLAIM our sovereignty, trust ourselves, and create lives around that!

All of these issues of suffering that are so near and dear to our hearts, and the future of our children, cannot continue to exist in a world where we live in accordance to our true, free selves.

    I leave with with a quote from another great mind; Richard Buckminster Fuller;
“We should do away with the absolutely specious notion that everybody has to earn a living. It is a fact today that one in ten thousand of us can make a technological breakthrough capable of supporting all the rest. The youth of today are absolutely right in recognizing this nonsense of earning a living. We keep inventing jobs because of this false idea that everybody has to be employed at some kind of drudgery because, according to Malthusian Darwinian theory he must justify his right to exist. So we have inspectors of inspectors and people making instruments for inspectors to inspect inspectors. The true business of people should be to go back to school and think about whatever it was they were thinking about before somebody came along and told them they had to earn a living.”

    • heidi in WI says:

love this rachel! and do you find any work that helps us connect with that which is what we truly love. growing up in a society of fear and stress, i find it hard sometimes to connect with what is it i truly love most, i say it’s this or that, yet i rarely do it. Is it an issue of unworthiness, or am i perhaps just misaligned with what i truly want in life, because wouldn’t i be doing that if that’s what i wanted. i dunno if this is making any sense… but i couldn’t agree with you more, this is one of my favorite quotes “Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

  28. Maxine says:

Here’s mine. “Contrary to popular belief, what we think and feel is more important to our health than diet and exercise.”

Its been a long journey, but I understand that we can heal ourselves, that is always been the case. All of the physical world [what we see and touch] is a manifestation of mind and our bodies are included. So when we are thinking and feeling negative thoughts about ourselves, we manifest that in our bodies. Even when I prescribe a pill or sew up a laceration, its the body that heals itself and the effects of pills are always temporary and never confined to one body part. The body is a physical representation of the thoughts and feelings we have been having. Its amazing. We all have a part of us deeper than our doctors can ever touch or even know about. No one really knows this part of us, sometimes even us.

  29. Ellie says:

Thank you for this, KC. I appreciate you sharing your light with all of us.

I think an insight I had was how my clarity and diamond insight is scary to say. And I think that even more– it is such an important message that we need in our culture. It is rich, juicy, and very close to my own heart.

    Here it is:

“I believe that a woman’s love and full embrace of her body, sexuality, and sensuality, is her place of true power”.

Let me know your thoughts, ladies. Lots of love!

    • KC Baker says:

Boom! Just gorgeous, Ellie. So powerful.

  30. Debbie Cox says:

I feel compelled to work with women like myself, 50 plus. So many women believe that their lives are pretty much over at this age. They don’t feel pretty or vital or sexual anymore. I believe that this stage can be thrilling! Child rearing is almost done, pregnancy issues are over. It’s time for a woman to find her true self and finish her lifetime with vitality and joy.

    • KC Baker says:

Oh I just love this, Debbie. I can feel your passion and heart through your words. Women so need your message.

      Keep sharing this!

      Love,
      KC

  31. Makeda says:

Hi KC! Thanks for this video. I’ve having a hard time trying to reframe my idea using the structures you’ve offered. Here’s where I am:

I believe there are a lot of people living life with a nagging sense that they are meant for more. Not celebrity, names in flashing lights, life of excess more but a greater fullness to their lives. I believe there is divine greatness deposited inside each of us and that nagging sense of more is our greatness quietly trying to get our attention. We need to own our voices, our truths and our stories in order to rise into our greatness.

The idea of rising into your greatness is the thing that sings mostly to me, followed closely if not hand in hand with the idea of living YOUR story not someone else’s or someone else’s version of your story. It’s a lot and I can’t seem to wade through it. I’ve signed up for the Society and really hoping to get through some of this fog there. In the meantime, any insight you can offer would be deeply appreciated.

    • KC Baker says:

This is beautiful, Makeda. And I understand the challenge of narrowing it down. It can be very tough.

I’m SO glad you’re going to be in the Women’s Thought Leadership Society course because you’re going to be able to really dial this in.

For now, what I want to offer is for you to see what might happen if you try to frame it into one sentence like this:

“Most people think ___________, but the truth is ____________. ” Or, “I believe that we need _________ so that _____________.”

We will go deeper into refinement in the course and you will receive lots of support there. I can’t wait!

      Love,
      KC

      • heidi in WI says:

Thank you Makeda and KC, i was having trouble with my diamond as well, but a part of mine came up in reading both your comments. I want to create women’s groups of support in communities, so that women can create circles of support that go deep and meet frequently. I’ve gone to tons of workshops over the years, that have all been great, but i think the ‘real’ work, is at home, locally. To be vulnerable and loving with the ones we have the most contact with. Thank you ladies!

  32. Ana Goncalves says:

Thank you KC, the video was extremely empowering and very insightful. The one thing that keeps sticking out for me is around ‘having the power to create the life one truly deserves’ and claiming one’s worth, and the truth of our success is being who we are. I wonder if you can help me put that into one message? As I am noticing a theme here.

    • KC Baker says:

Ana, I love what you’re creating. This is wonderful.

To gain clarity on your Diamond insight, I encourage you to try framing it into a sentence like this:

“Most people think ___________, but the truth is ____________. ” Or, “I believe that we need _________ so that _____________.”

This will help you dial into the message you feel deeply called to share.

I also really encourage you to download the mini workbook on this page and go through it. It will absolutely support you in refining this as well.

      Keep sharing your voice, Ana!

      Love,
      KC

  33. I believe that we need to discover, embrace and share all of who we are in order to truly feel connected and fulfilled in our relationships and our purpose.

  34. Thank you so much for the videos…I love your authenticity and beautiful spirit…so here is my diamond insight
Most women believe the answers to living a happy life are based on circumstances outside ourselves, but what I believe is by tapping into our instinctual, authentic selves we have every resource we need to craft a happy, purpose-filled life.

  35. Mala says:

I combined this “exercise” with a meditation (because I didn’t know how to get really clear without putting too much thought to it 😉 ) and it was amazing.
My diamond insight sounds a little bit over the top to me, but here’s what I felt and saw:
“Healing with my deeply rooted joy and love by spreading my blessings and energy. ”

It feels absolutely right to me, but I am really self-conscious and have serious doubts because it sounds so unreal and nobody will believe in me.

    • Mala says:

ok, thinking it over again I guess I am totally on the wrong track….my Diamond insight should be something I want to tell people to help themselves, right?

      • KC Baker says:

Hi Mala, This is gorgeous. I love the wisdom that is coming through you. It’s so beautiful and right.

I also want to support you in deepening into your Diamond Insight a bit more.

Try framing it into a sentence like this:

“Most people think ___________, but the truth is ____________. ” Or, “I believe that we need _________ so that _____________.”

This will help you dial into the message you feel deeply called to share.

I also encourage you to download the mini workbook on this page, which will support you in refining this as well.

        Keep sharing your voice, Mala!

        Love,
        KC

        • Mala says:

          Thank you so much!
I tried again and here’s the result:
I believe that we need a loving and joyful soul to transfer health and wellbeing from one creature to another. It it is not always medication or treatment that cures llnesses but pure energy.

          What do you think, KC?

(honestly, I did not see the point in this exerciise at first, but it really is kind of awesome!!!)

  36. Kathy says:

This video grabbed me right out the gate. The rest of the videos are exactly what I needed to hear also. I resonate with this one the most as clarity is a big challenge for me. Why? I wonder if I am just afraid to get out there and deep inside it is easier to stay unclear? Well, I am sick of this! I do feel a fire inside but the strangest thing is I have such a challenge articulating it! I have faith that the more I stick with my resolve to work with it I will have some movement and clarity!

    • KC Baker says:

This is fantastic, Kathy. I love that you shared this and that you’re feeling a fire inside!

Yes, keep working with it. It will come. If you haven’t already, I recommend downloading the free mini workbook I’ve included on this page. It will support you in getting even more clear.

      Wonderful work, Kathy!

      Love,
      KC

  37. Carol says:

Hi KC, thank you for your insights. How does this sound? “To support women in igniting and unleashing their creative universe of truth.

    • carol says:

“I believe that for women to overcome suffering, they need to be supported in identifying, igniting and unleashing their creative universe of truth.”

      • KC Baker says:

        This is beautiful, Carol.

I also encourage you to take the phrase “creative universe of truth,” and get more specific with it, so that your audience knows exactly what you mean and can relate to your message.

        Really well done, Carol!

        Love,
        KC

  38. Anastasia says:

What U want to share is-we are not just bodies,we’re souls first of all.Ans these souls are all beautiful and innocent from the very beginning.Everything you have-beauty,live,mint or illness,poverty,sufferings-it’s your task in this world and you won’t be able to overcome it unless you accept it.Open your eyes,be brave to look directly at it and remember that it’s all for your happiness, for your development. When you learn this task, wheb you’ll get rid if panic and depression because of bad things in your life and concentrate on what kind of lesson it is – you’ll be surprised of how fruitful your life is!Always be grateful! For everything that comes into your life

    • KC Baker says:

This is absolutely wonderful, Anastasia. A gorgeous message.

I also want to support you in refining this and taking it deeper. Try framing it into a sentence like this:

“Most people think ___________, but the truth is ____________. ” Or, “I believe that we need _________ so that _____________.”

This will help you dial your message in even more.

      Really well done, Anastasia!

      Love,
      KC

  39. Anne Linn says:

What comes to me is this; The Goddess is with you. You’re not alone. You’re loved. She can heal your broken heart.

Thank you so much for this video. I’ve been struggling to find clarity in what I want to share with others, and now I feel eager to work on my website again.

    • KC Baker says:

I can feel the love and grace through your message, Anne Linn. Really beautiful.

I also want to offer something that can help you to refine this and take it deeper. Try framing it into a sentence like this:

“Most people think ___________, but the truth is ____________. ” Or, “I believe that we need _________ so that _____________.”

This will support you in dialing in your message in even more.

Keep sharing your voice, Anne Linn.

      Love,
      KC

  40. Janet says:

I have been struggling for years to come up with what my message should be. This 1st step has focused my thinking to this —
Don’t blame God. There is evil in the world. Do something to fight it.

Just putting this in writing gives me energy and the urge to spread this information out to the world. I know it could be life changing for people.

    • KC Baker says:

I feel such power in your message, Janet. And I love that putting it in writing has infused you with more energy to spread it. Fabulous!!

      Love,
      KC

  41. Carol says:

Thank you KC. My heart is with women who are suffering and feeling oppressed and stuck. When people are suffering there is often someone or something to blame, and to some extent it is true. However, i believe the truth is that we are ultimately responsible for how we want to live our lives and the dreams we want to manifest. I believe that allowing others the space to ’cause’ our suffering is really allowing them to dictate our worthiness or lack thereof. What is true is that our self worth emanates from within ourselves. This is where we find our inner wisdom, our sacred sweet spot that speaks our authentic truth to us. I want to work with women and give them tools to tap into that creative universe of truth that is within them. Help them find who and why they are here. My diamond insight: Your Sacred Sweet Spot is the Seat of your Self-worth and the end of Suffering.

    • KC Baker says:

This is gorgeous, Carol. I so feel where you’re coming from and this part really struck me: “I want to work with women and give them tools to tap into that creative universe of truth…” Yes!

I also want to support you in refining this and taking it deeper. Try framing it into a sentence like this:

“Most people think ___________, but the truth is ____________. ” Or, “I believe that we need _________ so that _____________.”

This will help you dial your message in even more.

      Beautiful work, Carol.

      Love,
      KC

  42. Fiona says:

    Hi KC,
I work for a very small charity and my Diamond Insight and message I always give is “Take responsibility for your own health, mind, body, spirit” I can only be a catalyst for the changes you would like to see in your health but you have to be the “Force”
I hope that by living this myself I can support others.

    • KC Baker says:

Wonderful. I can feel your passion and care.

I also encourage you to take it even deeper by framing it in a sentence like this:

“Most people think ___________, but the truth is ____________. ” Or, “I believe that we need _________ so that _____________.”

      Really good stuff, Fiona!

      Love,
      KC

  43. Judith says:

I just absolutely loved this! It was ringing so many bells and whistles for me 🙂

    Here goes:
I believe entrepreneurial mums can feel successful in both business and the ‘business’ of parenting their children so they can ditch the all consuming guilt and start to really enjoy the brilliance of their business and children – combined.
It’s a great way to start rewriting the ‘rule book’ on how parenting and business is done in the 21st Century – you can be great at business AND raising children.

Thank you for this opportunity. 🙂 x

    • KC Baker says:

Boom – yes! I love this, and I can so relate to it. This part especially stood out to me: “start rewriting the ‘rule book’ on how parenting and business is done in the 21st Century.” Brilliant.

      Powerful work. Thank you, Judith!

      Love,
      KC

  44. Jasmine says:

I want to share self empowerment and strength for young single moms like myself who have to overcome extraordinary obstacles in their journeys. It’s so easy to feel discouraged and abandoned but we can overcome if we choose to elevate our thinking and pull strength from our inner voice.

    • KC Baker says:

This is beautiful, Jasmine. Such power in your words.

I also want to support you in refining this and taking it deeper. Try putting it into a sentence like this:

“Most people think ___________, but the truth is ____________. ” Or, “I believe that we need _________ so that _____________.”

This will help you dial your message in even more.

      Keep sharing your voice, Jasmine.

      Love,
      KC

  45. Ellie Savoy says:

Hi KC, I love your energy and spirit. This video speaks to what I have been attempting to define! America is the most over-fed yet under-nourished society. There is so much needless suffering in terms of being over-weight and health issues that can be overcome by changes in lifestyle and food. We are a society of “quick fixes” but it’s all an illusion. There is so much corruption and greed in our food supply. Big pharma, big agri-business. Many people are not eating food even though it looks like food! My passion is about waking people up to what they are doing to themselves and their families. It’s a slow motion crisis. So many people think they are doing great things because they don’t know the truth. It has been challenging to break through that. Many don’t think they need help, or need to change or face their own truth. It’s not a failure. I thought I was doing well until I now know what I know! It’s a tough nut to crack but I want to crack it! I cracked it in my own life and I’m looking for the clarity to convey it in a way that it can be received and realized. I was a yo-yo dieter for years. Lost 30 lbs and kept it off. I teach the diet free and healthy lifestyle, no more dieting! It’s not a quick fix but it is the road to freedom from excess weight along with enjoying vibrant health. Thank you so much for any feedback. With love and gratitude. Ellie 🙂 xx

    • KC Baker says:

I love your passion, Ellie! This is fantastic. The part that strikes me the most: America is the most over-fed yet under-nourished society. This is such a powerful diamond insight.

I encourage you to take it even deeper by framing it in a sentence like this:

“Most people think ___________, but the truth is ____________. ” Or, “I believe that we need _________ so that _____________.”

      Really amazing work, Ellie!

      Love,
      KC

  46. This is something I have been working on for a while as there are so many different things that I feel called to do. Thank you so much for the video as it has helped me immensely in really getting to the basic idea behind it all. Here is what I have so far….

I believe that we need to foster self-compassion so that we can release shame-based beliefs in order to reach our highest potential.

Thank you for the beautiful work you do.

  47. Alexandra says:

I believe that girls throughout the world deserve opportunities for education and eventually meaningful work so they will not need to be dependent on men in their families. I think the shift in perception would be to let girls in developing countries know that girls are just as smart and strong as boys, and in many places in the world, girls and women are free participants in society.

  48. Amanda says:

You are NOT what you achieve.

People love and embrace you FOR (not in spite of) your imperfections and quirks.

    • KC Baker says:

      Beautiful, Amanda. So powerful.

I also want to support you in refining this and taking it deeper. Try framing it like this:

“Most people think ___________, but the truth is ____________. ” Or, “I believe that we need _________ so that _____________.”

This will help you dial your message in even more.

      Great work, Amanda!

      Love,
      KC

  49. Lisa says:

    Hi KC,

What fabulous content and information. Thank you for sharing this.

I am a Reinvention Coach for Divorced Women. After practicing matrimonial law for many years, I left to pursue coaching a couple of years ago and I love it. As I develop a stronger online presence, I’d like to refine my message, and I love your formula and format. My message:

Many divorced women believe they will stay emotionally or financially tied to their ex forever, but the truth is, it is possible to break free and live an empowered, independent and fabulous post-divorce life, and it can happen sooner than you think.

Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks, Lisa xo

    • KC Baker says:

Your message is fantastic, Lisa. So clear and it speaks directly to your people. What inspiring and important work you do.

      Keep sharing your voice!

      Love,
      KC

    • Lisa says:

      Thank you KC.
I’m so happy to connect with you. Wishing you the best. Lisa

  50. Natalie says:

KC, thank you. I have really been struggling on my own to get clarity on what it is I stand for. I have only watched the first video and completed the work book. This may not be the forum but I want to take a chance and share my story with what I feel my diamond insight is:

My diamond insight is “Everything you need is already within you”

My name is Natalie and this is my story.

It really has taken me a long time to put my life together. I am 38 years old. I am bright. I am intelligent, and a born and bred South African. I am your personal brilliance expert and I have become this through the experiences, realisations and the gifts I have gained up to now.

What has brought me to this point? How did I become a personal brilliance expert?

To start off – I have had a total of 7 different engagement rings and they were all brilliant! I should know all about diamonds! I have been engaged 3 times, married once, called a wedding off 10 days before my wedding and 12 months ago came through the most chaotic relationship of my life!

After a 2 year relationship, with a high profile man, ended. I was broken. I had encountered cheating, verbal bullying and an abuse of power that threatened my safety. I had, by my own choice, given up my work and my independence for this relationship.

I had hit rock bottom. What had I become?! Who was I? I didn’t know.
The period after the relationship has to have been the scariest time of my life. There were days I didn’t know whether I was going to survive. There were physical pains in my heart which would feel different each day. I went out just about every night partying trying to numb my feelings. I would come home and cry almost every night not knowing where or what I was going to do with my life. I would spend days in bed feeling guilty.

But then having spent so much time on my own I got to a quiet place within.
I had to go underground into that dark mine of the heart. I went within and started asking myself the important questions of what do I want, who am I? This is a new start. I cannot hide behind men anymore. I need to show up in this world. I was so scared. It probably took me three months to gain clarity and another six months to gain momentum. There have been times where I have felt so angry, so stuck, so frustrated. But I knew I couldn’t give up. I had no choice and I had to learn to be gentle with myself. It is tough going it alone in the unknown.

I then decided to symbolically get engaged to myself. I made a commitment to love and cherish myself because I realised I would not get the love I needed from outside. This now means I do not depend on anyone else for my happiness or self-worth. (I even went on a honeymoon by myself).

What did I realise from these experiences?
Through these experiences I have been cut and chiselled and have had to polish myself literally and figuratively and get back up again to face the world again shining and brilliant bright like a diamond.

Yes, I’m flawed just like a diamond, but in the same token what I’ve realised is that I have inner brilliance just by dint of the fact that I survived up to now and have started to find my own way on my own terms.

I am a survivor. I can come through any challenge I am given with brilliance and magnificence.

I am like a diamond, strong, resilient and everlasting. Nothing will put me down or destroy me. The more friction I experience, the brighter I shine. I realise that just like a diamond we are all flawed and brilliant too.

I have committed wholly to my own inner brilliance, because I realise I cannot find this outside of myself and must go inwards and mine it for myself.

What were the gifts I received?
I had received the most splendid gifts. No diamond rings here but the gifts of inner brilliance:
    – Courage, strength and determination. I had to dig deep. I picked myself up and became more determined than ever. This was going to be my time to shine.
    – The gift of resilience and self-reliance – I started my own business. Along with this comes rejection and disappointment. There have been many alone times.
    – I have realised the gift of deservedness, self-respect and worthiness. I will not be bullied or be someone’s trophy. I want to be accepted with all my flaws. As I do the same for others.
    – The gift of foresight and discernment – I immediately recognise which situations and people are good for me. I recognise the diamonds and the cubic zirconias!
    – I have diamond clarity – I am clear in what I want and don’t want and am able to make better decisions for my future.
    – My intuition – This has to be one of the most joyous gifts of all. To be guided by my heart sense and not follow what others think I should do.
    – The gift of compassion – I am sensitive towards others, their feelings, their journey and space they are in.
    – More importantly I have learnt the gift of self-confidence and to believe in myself, in my strengths without the need of validation of others.
    – The gift of self-awareness – I am more aware of who I am and that I still need to work on myself
    – But the most Magnificent gift of all – is a more loving relationship with my mom and dad. I had been so angry with them.

What have I become as a result of my experiences, realisations and gifts?
I have become clear and bright on my purpose and I am determined to succeed against all odds.

I have become more aware and awake to my involvement on this earth, to the contribution I can give by shining bright and brilliant. I have become an expert in helping you uncover your personal brilliance – all you need to live the life you love is inside of you.

    • KC Baker says:

Wow. What a beautiful story. I’m really touched by it. Thank you so much for sharing it here.

I am so in support of you on this powerful journey, Natalie.

      Keep sharing your voice.

      Love,
      KC

  51. Melanie says:

KC this is so brilliant. I have been thinking of my diamond for a while, not totally sure what it exactly is. It is still a diamond in the rough so to speak, but I have had a major insight into part of my issue. I have mistakenly believed that if I share what my insight, idea or whatever you want to call it is with others before I have it perfect, someone is going to take my idea. Crazy, cause really, there are no new ideas, just my spin on them anyway right? I don’t know why this came up right now, but WOW! am I glad it did. I feel so much better. I want to help people who have been handed a shit sandwich by life deal with the chaos by getting the only things they truly have in their control under control, thoughts, food choices and exercise. I am really a hope coach more than a health coach.
Looking forward to these next videos.

    • KC Baker says:

Beautiful, Melanie! I love this powerful insight of yours. And your message is awesome. A hope coach–fantastic! Keep going, girlfriend.

      Love,
      KC

  52. Rachel says:

I am in love with these comments. I love the reminder that there are so many of us out there and we need to bond and stick together! I used to be a workaholic/overachiever/”change the worlder”… to the point of detriment! What I’ve learned is: Most people think they have to be vocal and very active to spread a message. Somehow the most inspiring women that I meet are the ones that I interact with in my day to day life and teach me so many valuable lessons. The neighbor that tells me to “slow down Rachel!” The best friend that has dinner with her family every evening and plays backgammon on the porch with her husband when her boys are asleep. My mentor and “boss” that always picks up the phone and has an insight, a great life lesson, or just the perfect thing that I need to hear at that moment. My Aunt who sends a card and a gift for every occasion possible and never forgets a birthday. My husband’s smile and gratitude when I treat him as well as I treat our guests. The older I get (and I’m still so young!), the more I realize that when this is all over (at least as we know it!), the people that will show up to pay their final respects, are usually the ones that we brought that chicken soup to when they were sick in bed, and not the ones that read our book or heard our lecture. My role models are the people that wrote the book, gave the lecture, AND somehow found time to bring over the chicken soup.

I used to want to change the world, spread the word, be that person… but now I aspire to do 3 kindnesses a day and my day is made. I don’t know if that makes me a quitter, but I seem to have more people that like me suddenly 😉 Kudos to all you women that are changing the world on the large scale, I love you and admire you!! I don’t know if I’m playing it small now, but I use my intuition as my guide. My insight was that in our silence we can hear our real voice. It’s there, it’s speaking, it’s raw, and it’s real. My intuition has told me to slow down and be home more. We finally had a baby after years of trying… and he came naturally when I decided to just give up control. We cannot control anything, only influence. I’m waiting for that drive to change the world to come back, but since it hasn’t yet, I’m enjoying life on the other side, people watching 🙂 When my intuition says to start up again, I will. So the message: Go with your gut, it’s always right. And the people around us were hand-picked to teach and guide us… for the good and for the bad…so listen and learn!

    • KC Baker says:

Rachel, what wise words. I’m deeply touched by your share. And I’m so glad you’re listening to your gut. What a beautiful thing. Thank you for speaking up and sharing your voice here. In whatever way it feels good to you, your voice is needed.

      Love,
      KC

      • Rachel says:

Thanks so much KC- I found you through Renee Heigel who was a work buddy of mine back in both of our workaholic days… I love your content, keep rocking girl! 🙂 Love back from Jerusalem Israel, Rachel

    • Katerina says:

Thank you! So good to be reminded.. I feel so trained in the “achievers set up” and let myself stress with it too much..

  53. Amanda Sue says:

As a society, we’ve been fed the lie that being creative is a hobby & a dreamer’s game. The successful creatives are the exception…the dark horse in the game of life. The truth is, they’re just the ones who clutched their dreams the tightest, and refused to let for for anything or anyone.
Anyone can make a living. But the ones who make their living doing what they love? Those are the real winners. It’s time to end the “starving artist” mentality.

    • KC Baker says:

Wow. This is fantastic, Amanda Sue. I can feel your passion, power and conviction through your words. Brilliant. I’m so with you. The world absolutely needs your message. Thank you.

  54. Gudrun says:

I finally did the worksheet and my diamond insight is this. I really believe that we are spirits with a life before birth and after death, that we are part of a world of other spirits and that we are temporarily having a human experience on Earth School. I think if everyone had this belief the way we treat ourselves, the way we treat each other, and the way we treat our planet would change radically.

    • KC Baker says:

Gudrun, this is beautiful. I love what you’ve shared here.

My call to you is, if you’d like to go deeper, is to get in touch with the challenge or struggle that a group of people is having, which you really want to transform. Really consider the impact of that struggle or challenge. What is that impact? From there, what is the shift in perspective you’d like to offer to them? Remember to keep that struggle or challenge in mind.

Then, try framing it in a sentence like this:

“Most people think ___________, but the truth is ____________. ” Or, “I believe that we need _________ so that _____________.”

Fantastic work, Gudrun! Keep sharing your ideas. We need them.

      Love,
      KC

    • Rebecca says:

Wow 🙂 I love that Gudrun. I totally agree <3

  55. Feli says:

KC: Thank you so much for inviting me to participate in this.

I am motivated to serve those who have been oppressed, bullied, marginalized, disadvantaged or disenfranchised in some way. I feel for the misunderstanding and misinformation that happens because of the isolation such groups of people experience. I also understand their extreme frustration in feeling like their voices are not only not being heard, but are being ignored.

My message to them would be: One person can make a difference. It all starts at the individual level. If you start with yourself and take initiative then others will follow and you will not be alone. There is strength in numbers. Truth and justice will prevail.

    • KC Baker says:

This is so powerful, Feli. Such important work you’re doing.

I also want to support in continuing to refine for even more clarity.

I’d like to suggest putting your ideas into a sentence like this:

“Most people think ___________, but the truth is ____________. ” Or, “I believe that we need _________ so that _____________.”

Keep going with this. You’re doing really great.

      Love,
      KC

  56. Erin says:

This is definitely something I am working on so thanks for the inspiration. How is this? Most women think that loosing that spark and picking up diagnoses is part of normal aging, but the truth is that these are effects of our modern lifestyle and environment and we can in fact continue to grow, learn and thrive every year if we learn to limit nutritional, emotional and toxic stress.
    Too wordy?

    • KC Baker says:

Erin, this is really great. I love it.

If you want to continue to polish it, you can work on getting a bit more specific with what you mean by “that spark.” It’s possible to make it just a little bit more clear, so that people know exactly what challenge you’re referring to. This allows people to relate to it.

      Beautiful work!

      Love,
      KC

  57. Sky Blossoms says:

    Thank you KC so much!
    My diamond insight:
The most important question you can ever ask yourself is “Who am I?” Your life is a statement of who you are. Are you living an honest life, or are you perpetuating the pain of your parents, teachers, or bullies from school?
Choose the truth in your heart over, and over, and over again, courageously step into uncertainty and the Divine Grace will pave your way to Love and Freedom!

    • KC Baker says:

Beautiful. I just love your message. I was especially struck by the power of this: “Your life is a statement of who you are.” Wow. And yes to choosing the truth in your heart. Gorgeous. Keep sharing this!

      Love,
      KC

  58. Lakshmi says:

What a beautiful exercise! I loved it. The message that came forth from the exercise was about relationships. I’ve been through a few relationships where I looked for completion in the man. After hitting rock bottom, I began to build myself up again and during that time turned to meditations and affirmations. The biggest message & tool was to realize that “I am a 100% complete” I want to create tools and conduct workshops to help women realize this.

    • KC Baker says:

Yes. Yes. Yes. Such a powerful message.

I also want to support you in refining this idea even more to narrow in on the diamond insight you want to share with women. Try working with this sentence:

Most women believe/do _______ but the truth is (or) the other way that’s possible is _________.

Fill that sentence in as many times as you can and see what comes.

Keep sharing your ideas, Lakshmi. We need them.

      Love,
      KC

  59. Rene Tennison says:

This video really pushed me to become more clear about my purpose in life. My diamond insite is that everyone of us has the power within us to change the outcome of our lives no matter where we are. We have to believe in ourselves and not what others say about us. We need to breakthrough those negative people and believe we are so much more.

    • KC Baker says:

Beautiful, Rene. I’m so glad you’re reaching a deeper level of clarity. This is awesome.

I also want to support in continuing to refine for even more clarity.

Can you try putting your ideas into a sentence like this:

“Most people think ___________, but the truth is ____________. ” Or, “I believe that we need _________ so that _____________.”

Keep going with this. Wonderful work.

      Love,
      KC

  60. Kym says:

The answer is not out there somewhere, it is within you, deep in your heart. You might say “I don’t know” but the truth is you do know. You are too scared to admit it to yourself for fear of either playing too small or of not being enough, of not being worthy to deserve such abundance and happiness in your life. Go within and anchor to your deepest truth. Let this be the foundation for building your amazing dream life from the inside out.

Thank you KC. So much gratitude that you did not let your fear and doubt hold you back so you can be a shining light for myself and so many others.

  61. Shirley says:

Being true to yourself. Stop judging!

  62. Jenean says:

Thank you KC for this wonderful video!

    My diamond:

Every person and experience is providing us an opportunity for peace. Reflecting for us what we need to learn to know and love our selves deeper.

  63. My diamond insight: A drug free method to help people overcome, stress, anxiety and chronic pain, using a simple Somatic mindfulness practice to restore purposeful energy, vitality and harmony in their lives.

    • KC Baker says:

Hi Yasmin – Wonderful. Question for you – can you phrase it in the form of either “Most people thing that x, but the truth is that we need a drug free method (and then continue with the rest of your statement from there). ” Or, “I believe that we need a drug free method that (and then continue with that).

Want to support you in having it put into a phrase and in the context of what you believe and/or what the truth of the matter is.

      keep me posted, KC

  64. cala says:

My diamond insight- “Don’t DO…BE” For so many of us we struggle with trying to find joy, peace, calm outside of ourselves. We spend so much time trying to “get happy” or waiting to feel that joy until x,y,z occur. I think it would be a powerful shift for so many to begin to step into ownership of our experience, here and now- exactly as it is- and begin to feel into the being-ness of that which we want to experience.

    • cala says:

One more.. I believe the key to living a joyful, happy and healthy life begins with total acceptance and connectedness to your authentic, divine spirit. The miracles begin when you shift away from the DOING and allow your BEING to be your guide.

      • Kym says:

Well said Cala. We live in a world where, especially in the corporate world, what and how much we do is more highly valued than who we are being.

      • KC Baker says:

I love this – so much. The second one is super clear, and better for spoken communication. However, I can totally see the first as some fun feature on the top of your website or a title of a talk.

  65. Kristi Marsh says:

Live Your Purpose & Change The World.
Whether you want to CREATE a Healthier Home or SPARK a Worldwide Movement, I will provide a safe space to be energized, link arms and celebrate your journey.

  66. Elle Griffin says:

My diamond insight: Listen to your body, heal your soul.

  67. Joy says:

the one perspective I would share is that we must fully and completely own our self, all our thoughts, words and deeds are created by us. We can’t tell others about them only about our perceptions of them. Our language creates who we are and carefully being witnessed as we express ourselves, heals us. Owning ourselves or self awareness is the key to open the doors through prejudice, judgment to respect and love.
Joyously expressing my depth and alignment sharing the miracles that flow through me for the highest good.
    Joy

    • KC Baker says:

Deeply wise. Yes. Yes. Yes. My call to you is only to spend a bit more time refining how you are expressing this. It’s totally here. Great work ~ KC

  68. Kristina says:

KC, thank you so much for running this video series again! Here’s my diamond insight:

During my years of working in the nonprofit sector, I saw again and again how business not only can play an integral role in creating a better world, but that there are things only business can do. Nonprofits and governments don’t, and can’t, have all the solutions to global problems. Many people – employees, consumers, investors and business owners – also feel the deep pains caused by business as usual. Whether it’s feeling like they have to leave their values and unique qualities at home, or it’s suffering from companies polluting ecosystems, using sweatshops or disregarding consumer safety.

There’s a much better way. Aligning all of a company’s stakeholders’ dreams, strengths, hopes, and goals with the business, its mission and expertise, creates a symbiotic growth for the business and the communities to which it belongs, leading to a more just and prosperous world. This is business as ubuntu.

    • Julie says:

Agreed! But how? This is a dream for me, as well. And the “how” is what haunts me.

      • KC Baker says:

Such a call for businesses to step into getting conscious and clear on their values and then lining up how they run things from that place. Yes, the how is such the questions. But I love you are paving the way.

        • I do have the “how”. The how might actually be my Diamond Insight, but I haven’t figured how to distill it into one or two sentences, or even a short paragraph. It doesn’t sound exciting when I put it this way, but it’s essentially an entirely new business framework.

  69. Christine MJ says:

Thank you KC for this video series! As often happens, this is perfect timing for me since I have a big big big live interview coming up next week and I’m working on making the recordings for an e-course for parents. I really want them both to be absolutely amazing and meaningful. I’m a recovering perfectionist and I struggle with really connecting with my audience when parts of me want so badly to be perfect and to be liked.
My purpose and my work is supporting and guiding parents through frustration, fear and confusion to clarity, confidence and creating joy in their lives and families.
I talk/write a lot about what I call “parenting on purpose” which to me means making conscious choices, focusing on kindness and setting healthy boundaries. It’s about knowing yourself really well, respecting your kids for who they are and being the kind of person you want your kids to become.

    • Kristi Marsh says:

I am enjoying your description…much needed in our world.

    • KC Baker says:

This is amazing. Here is my question to you, to help you refine your idea(s) even more: complete this statement

Most people (parents) believe/do x (when relating to their children/when arguing with their children
but the truth is (or) the other way that’s possible is to:

Complete that in as many variations as you can. This will help you flush out a series of ideas that are unique to you and your teachings…great to then synthesize in different ways for talks, ebooks, books, blog material, etc
      Love,
      KC

  70. Heather says:

Emotions aren’t something to be feared. They don’t make you less than, or imperfect, or wrong. They give us insights into the most precious thing – what we care about. Emotionally you can’t be anywhere other than where you are – so let’s take that and look at it and embrace it, and learn from it.

    • KC Baker says:

Heather, this really struck me. Thank you. I have never seen emotions quite in that way. yes, as indicators of a deeper wisdom inside, perhaps what we need. But not as indicators as what we care about. Thank you. Brilliant.

  71. Chris Wagner says:

Thank you KC for this opportunity and I believe I echo a lot of the wonderful people who commented on this video.

I want people to know that they aren’t what they’ve done, they aren’t their conditioning or programmed belief systems. When you remove all the debris away, you have a beautiful, pristine light that’s been waiting patiently to shine. That’s who you really are; without all the limits that you and others have put on you all your life. It’s all made up!! Start making decisions from that bright light and always go towards what you love. Build a new foundation of beliefs that come from the real you. Be bold and create a life by your own design on your own terms. There is nothing to block you, but old programs that can be changed! Most importantly know that everyone else has that light inside them and that we are all connected. Be of service to others because true fulfillment comes from helping others. We are all a part of a giant cosmic jigsaw and it’s our mission to live our life that’s in alignment with that puzzle piece. It cannot be completed without you – that’s how vital and important you are to this world!

    • KC Baker says:

Chris, this is so powerful. Fantastic ideas and I love your passion and enthusiasm.

I want to support you in refining your ideas even more to narrow in on your diamond insight. Try working with this sentence:

Most people (you can also choose a group of people) believe/do _____ but the truth is ______.

Fill that sentence in as many times as you can and see if you can get specific.

Keep putting your ideas out into the world.

      Love,
      KC

  72. My message is:

It is through our visionary capacity to be in conversation with the unseen that our calling is fueled, guided and supported. This is the language of the Soul.

I love your message. I feel very aligned with your work, as mine is supporting women to gain clarity, courage and commitment on the path of calling. You are a sister on the path.

I hope to meet you someday. I have felt our paths were meant to cross from the moment I first was introduced to your work.

    Warmly, Aninha

  73. Sharon says:

My message is that by healing our relationship to our bodies, we can change our world. So many women create painful stories about their bodies and then, generate painful emotions that interfere with their relationships to men and money. Learning to sooth ourselves, through the body, opens up new worlds of relationship and confidence. We can take new actions that create a wonderful and passionate life.

    • KC Baker says:

I’m touched by the power, yet simplicity of your message, Sharon. So many women, including me, can relate to this. Thank you for bringing such an important message to the world.

  74. Stacy Parson says:

    Hi KC,
Thanks so much for the video and the stand for our voices.

I want people to know they have the potential to move beyond the ordinary. They have the potential to be Action-Heroes — people who know that action cures fear. People that make it their business to stay in action.

I want people to know that they are more prepared than they believe they are to take the actions that will result in what matters most to them. The key is accessing their Action-Hero persona by using their Super Powers, learning Mind Control (the brain science behind how to effectively engage with fear) and how to respond to their specific Calls-to-Action using micro-movements.

I want people to know that action will save you!

    Warmly,
    Stacy

  75. Frieda Mah says:

    Thanks KC.

I want to let people know that:
“You have everything you want. If not, you create it. No matter it’s healthy, wealthy, beauty, longevity, happiness, you name it!”

Our business let people know that “We are naturally born with abundances in all fields.”

    • KC Baker says:

      Wonderful, Frieda.

My invitation to you is only to spend a bit more time refining how you are expressing this.

Try completing this sentence as many times as possible:

Most people believe/do __________ but the truth is (or) the other way that’s possible is _________.

See what comes. This will help you develop a series of ideas that are unique to you and your teachings.

      Really beautiful work.

      Love,
      KC

  76. Frieda Mah says:

    Thanks KC.

I want to tell the other females (including males) that
“You have anything you want. If not, create it. No matter it’s in healthy, wealthy, beauty, happiness, achievement, enjoyment, you name it!”

Our business let everyone know that “We are naturally born in abundance.”

  77. My one message for this world.

You were born with a vision bigger that yourself and older than this life.
    We call it soul.
When you tap into this dream of your soul it will frighten you to death.
Then you are right at the core of your own prophesy.
This is where some people firestart.
    And many stopped.

We are now ready to remember our dream in heaven and it change our live.
With 16 we thought everything is possible.

Go back where you stopped. It’s our your time.

  78. Elaine says:

Thank you KC for sharing your beautiful gifts allowing us all to unify and support one another on our individual and collective journeys. For as long as I can remember, I knew with every fiber of my being, that I was called to do something more than simply live my life going ‘through the motions’. It is my deepest belief that we each are blessed with sacred and unique gifts to share with the world, and it is our duty to discover what those gifts are. I feel a deep-rooted yearning to inspire, support, love and empower others to live a life of purpose and passion. This is the place where true health, happiness and wealth reside; it is within each one of us longing to be heard, nurtured and born. It does not matter where we are at in our lives, there is always possibility where there is belief in ourselves. My desire is to be the catalyst for change, teaching others how to redefine, reimagine and reinvent their lives. I am on a mission to engage, educate and empower those who are ready to embrace their authentic self and live an extraordinary life.

    • KC Baker says:

I can feel the passion through your words so much, Elaine. I can tell you’re in such deep alignment with your message. Fabulous.

My call to you is to spend a bit more time refining how you are expressing this to bring even more of your uniqueness to it.

Fill in this sentence as many times as you can:

Most people believe/do __________ but the truth is (or) the other way that’s possible is _________.

See what comes. It will help you expand on your ideas to create a series of ideas that are unique to you and your teachings.

      Wonderful work, Elaine. Keep going.

      Love,
      KC

  79. Kim says:

What resonated for me is how people in many workplaces often feel a sense of competition, disconnection, and isolation. Many also firmly believe they have to keep doing what they do to survive, support their families, not lose face, etc. They are kept so busy and fragmented that may feel like even if there was an alternative, they don’t have time to pursue it. If they are highly sensitive, they may also feel bombarded by the emotions of others and have no idea how to manage this. My message which is still forming is that there is whole set of tools that will allow you to live through the body, mind, and spirit to know peace and freedom much more often than you do now. I used to live this life (which I initially typo’d as “lie” – how funny) and was on that treadmill of there is never enough time. I have learned through a variety of teachers and exploration that spending time each day grounding myself, creating energetic boundaries, essentially slowing the whole darn thing down in a way that suits my entire being, my purpose for being on the planet, is huge. I’m still working on the message but the rough stone diamond is there.

    • KC Baker says:

You are doing great. What I recommend is to explore this here:

      Complete this statement

Most people (in the work place) believe x but the truth is y.

Answer that in as many ways as you can and see what ideas come through. This is also a powerful format to share your ideas.

      Love, KC

  80. veronica says:

wahou! what came up for me : for women “you are a treasure, a diamond, enjoy your life, men are here to serve you”
thanks so much Kacey, you are wonderful, your videos are always so clear beautiful and the message is always so perfect for me, love it!

  81. Beatrice says:

One thing I know for sure is that we are royalty and we can walk in wealth, health, wholeness, dominate and reign in every situation, in every challenge, circumstance, and adversity victoriously, and live a royal life style. We are capable of framing our own world in every aspect, We can create whatever lifestyle we desire. I know every women can relate to this she see it on the inside, she feels it in her bones, she dream about, she talks about it. She may recognize it and she may not but it’s there because she is a Queen by birth. The little child in us remember the fears, limitation and the negative words spoken to us that grew in our Sub-conscious. We did not know how to protect ourselves when we were sexually abused and our parent did not either, And we knew they loved us. We did not know how to guard our hearts when we were rejected because of the color of our skin, or our clothes were worn and sometimes we had to give up our turn to be equal. Rejected even by our own little friends, teachers, and parents
for reasons not understood. But the joy can never be compared to the presence of the God of the universe has set me free. It my time now and I live my life by design not by default this is my birthright to love and be loved, and we all have the right to dominate and reign to live our best lives in ROYALTY BY DESIGN!

  82. KC, thank you for creating such a beautiful forum to share our thoughts and be acknowledged as women thought leaders! Gorgeous presentation.
My diamond insight is I stand for families, especially entrepreneurs and community leaders on the cutting edge who serve our greater community as their family as well. Many balance having a successful family life with their career and at times sacrifice their career for their family or their family for their career. My gift and wisdom and mission are to support these givers and contributors in having it all, enjoying a full life, able to be richly rewarded in their careers and come home to peace, love and harmony in their family life as well.

  83. Looking through this feedback, I have to say is inspiring. Thank you KC for putting this contribution to the summit together for us. Looking into my soul and thinking about what my diamond insight is becomes pretty simple. It is education. I say it is simple but it is also very complex and I believe that is why the women attracted by this summit. They want to educate themselves and gain the confidence they need to move forward. Education is the key to success. I have been an educator all my life. I have worked at universities and privately. I am a full time artist now but that was not always the case. I have noticed that in my field of visual arts women struggle to get the recognition they deserve. If we are forward thinkers we are often put down as bitchy or too much “like a man”. I find that very degrading. I have been fortunate to have selected a career that brings me great joy but at the same time have had to find ways to juggle my career and personal life. What I would feel most compelled to do is help other women find their bliss and not feel guilty about that. Since my field is in the visual arts, I would like to help in that arena. I want to rid women artists of their guilt, self doubt and fear. I would like to see them move forward in their careers and get the tools necessary to do this. It takes commitment, hard work and putting yourself first which is difficult for women to do since most of us were brought up not to do that.

  84. Pattie Byron says:

My diamond insight is that the presence and participation in Art Empowers! I must show communities and individuals (especially women) how Art can take you from victim to survivor.

  85. Holly Dean says:

This is how I described the challenge I came up with when starting this wonderful exercise:
I seek to help artists & artisans use their creative talent to support themselves in a richly fulfilling life. To live a life as beautiful as the work they create. I seek to help creative people shine. To discover their beauty and power through living a truly creative life. How to find happiness in their lives through expression – the opposite of depression. How to make money from their creativity in a way that fulfills their expression.

I decided on this statement for the challenge: I seek to help artists & artisans tap their entrepreneurial spirit to live a powerfully creative life.

These are perspective shifts I came up with:
Believe in the power of your creativity.
    Believe in yourself.
    Believe in your creative self.
    Believe in what you create.
Believe that you can live a life of creativity.

    This is my Diamond Insight:
Believe in the power of your own creativity.

Thank you so much, KC, for this wonderful clarity 🙂

  86. My diamond insight is that…(especially but not limited to )when it comes to challenges with food, weight and body image…..We must learn to love the very symptom that we are dying to get rid of…we must be very curious as if it were the key to unlocking your most incredible, compassionate and satisfying life….when we actually listen to it.

  87. KC, thank you for this powerful video. I would think that it is possible for our “One Diamond Insight” to change over time, so I will speak to this moment in life. In this moment, the One Diamond Insight I want to share with this world, during this one precious life, is Awareness. I believe if we cultivate more moments of awareness in this world, if we take the time to Pause, then we create space for what is truly important to manifest. We create space for other people’s Diamond Insights (like the amazing women who left these beautiful posts before me) to take hold. We live more deeply, and we begin to cultivate the joy, compassion and wisdom this world is thirsting for. This is my insight.

  88. Sarah McKay says:

I’m doing B-School with Marie Forleo which is how I found your site (via Kristen Domingue). I am a neuroscientist and medical writer developing a brain health site for baby boomers who are concerned about dementia and want to know what they can do to prevent it. I break down the neuroscience research into simple actionable steps to improve their brain health.
My very new idea is ‘the walking book club’ which brings together 3 pillars of brain health – physical activity, mental activity and socialisation. The Walking Book Club movement as a way to improve brain health is my wisdom to share. I would LOVE to promote this idea by speaking to groups of baby boomers.

  89. Alexandra says:

My diamond insight is to tell women, no matter their age or stage in life: you matter. It´s very important to understand this not just for the present but the future generations.
Thank you KC Baker for this video.

  90. Alex says:

Thank you KC for this video! My diamond insight is “Women, no matter your backgrounds or age, We worth it. We have so much potential to change the things we don´t like in our community and in our life. Not just for us but for the future generation as well.”

  91. Niobe says:

My diamond insight is: “Before we can live as the Oneness with each other, we must first discover, and Love the One within.” The pain that I experience in our world that keeps us from connecting to another is the pain of not knowing and owning the truth of who we are. That each and every one of us is a bright, beautiful vibrational being, that sings it’s own unique melody into the symphony of life. Each individuals contribution to this world matters because they are here!”You Count”.”You Make A Difference” We are all a necessary part of this life symphony. Composing with each heart beat, thought and breath. My mission to help the world find that melody within,is by being a sonic guide for an “in-body” experience of one’s own divinity.

  92. Maxine says:

Thanks so much for generously sharing your wisdom, message and insight KC, it rang so true and I found it really helpful. I especially loved the idea of being plugged in and filled with chi/life force from the universe (i.e. rather than fear and anxiety)…it really changed my perspective. And the tail idea too…I’ll remember to swish mine as needed…Thanks!

  93. I want to teach leaders to lead.

As a double minority in the world and sometimes the youngest in the room as well in the workplace, there is more strategy needed to be taken more seriously and I must say that I found my voice and what works for me early in my years like 19! I had to do so many things that I am teaching now and there were no books for reading people and self-management, and the almighty unspoken “don’t let them see you sweat” and to step back after a few transitions and me stepping into my “retirement career” getting this level of clarity is huge. Thank you for sharing this.

My diamond insight in people in corporate are suffering and it doesn’t matter the age, color, gender, or level of employment. Everyone is looking for a way to be better and make others better and through launching out into the deep and learning how to swim, I want to make sure that the upper level and lower level employees understand each other to be able to work better, faster, and with more value.

  94. Hanh says:

The pain I feel in the world is not something most feel. In fact, I think many people are detached from their effects of it, so I am a little lost as to how to get into the shoes of someone who feels the pain.

My Diamond Insight is that there’s beauty and usefulness to trash… and we don’t have to live lives where we are literally trashing the Earth, but we can live lives where we are creative, resourceful, and reuse things we have, and someday everyone will live “zero waste” lives, where it’s fun, playful, inventive, and communal.

  95. Nikki says:

I long to help women who are so fearful of being alone, so insecure in themselves, that they stay in dead end relationships, dead end jobs, and hopeless situations that make them miserable when they deserve so much more. I feel compelled to help them gain their confidence by showing them the steps to independence, such as understanding their finances; feeling confident in their physical appearance through daily exercise and small shifts in their thinking about makeup and clothes; and learning to trust their gut when it comes to finding happiness and making decisions about jobs, relationships, and life in general. I’ve been through so many trials like this, and while my life is far from perfect right now, I know it is better than it would have been had I stayed in these negative situations. Thank you for sharing this information KC! I’m excited for the next video!

  96. Lacette says:

    My Diamond Insight is:
“Love supports us in reconciling our faith/Christianity with our sexuality.”

  97. Natalie says:

I would impact impoverished inner-city children ages 0-5 who don’t have access to books by providing them with books and promoting early childhood literacy, with the involvement of their parents. I would tell their parents that it is important to read to children on a daily basis and stimulate language development. This will have a positive impact on the child’s performance in school. It will also improve their emotional and social development. I would also tell them that the education of their child begins with them. It is never too early to read to your children and build a proper foundation for learning. I would tell the children that reading is fun and books can take them on so many adventures!

  98. Ushmi says:

KC, thank you so much for the wonderful work that you are sharing with us.
I see so many amazing, brilliant and talented people around me simply settling for an unfulfilled life because of the fear to step into the world of their dreams and visions with the idea that it seems unachievable or that they are not good enough to see their visions realized.
I know that fear well, I was one of those people who until a year ago did not have the courage to step into the world of my dreams. However coupled with this was also the pain of knowing that I could be more and give so much more to the world and I was not doing it. Eventually the pain became greater than the fear and I can say although it is not an easy ride, I cannot imagine myself being anywhere other than where I am today.
I guess I am saying that I stand for people taking a stand for the amazing-ness that they are and what they can bring to the world through acting on their own visions and dreams.
I think the one piece of perspective that I would share is that nobody else in the world can bring our dreams and visions alive like we can. That unique thing that makes us us, is just what the world needs, and when we step into that power and unleash it on our visions, I believe there is a certain WOW that takes over and our dreams can be realized in ways we never thought possible. I think the key may be to simply show up as the unique you that only you can be.

  99. sophie says:

Thank you for this great video! I am, as a Nutritionist specialized in children obesity and Eating disorders, totally shocked by the unhealthy environment around young kids: mom´s on diet, processed food, media and peer pressure to be thin…They never have the chance to live a safe, relaxed moment with food and eating.
I am French, live in Brazil and the proud mom of 4 terrific young adults. I want to change the world! Helping with tips and science to show that diets are not the solution, that we need to eat real food and go back to cooking easy tasty recipes.

  100. Charlene says:

This is a great video! My diamond (conflict free of course:) insight is, “Women deserve and need to take care of themselves, above and beyond taking care of anyone else. It is the best gift to self and loved ones”.

Thanks for helping me out with this!
    Charlene

  101. ANNE says:

I REALLY LIKE THIS CLARITY. At 16 I had an incredible urge/i think a vocation to go to India to Mother Teresa….this did not materialise and somehow 36 yrs of study, work, marriage and children elapsed and i find myself now at 50 going back to what my passion was. None of this is certain but I feel if I do not at least contribute something I would never be happy.I mean that deep inner feeling of having made a difference. Thats putting it as simple as I can. What are your views on this?

  102. Great video, KC! I want people to share their woo-woo with the World! I often tell my tribe they can go from woo-woo to Woo-Hoo!! and make great money by helping more people. I am tired of people acting like there is something wrong with energy work or looking at Tarot readers like they’re crazy or e-v-i-l.

I’ve been in so many small business groups where I was ostracized for what I see as the best parts of me, so I have created a space for others who have been through that, too.

I recently started the Biztopia Challenge, with participants from more than 20 countries on 5 continents around the World. The emails keep pouring in from people who feel like they finally have a Home, who don’t have to hide who they are or feel ashamed anymore. You don’t have to hide your special gifts – we have a place for you here.

  103. Amie says:

My mission is to help women have a vibrational match to their business by dressing authentically. Helping them to have more confidence, get more out of their business, brand the business authentically with themselves.

  104. Tamara says:

Thank you, K.C., for this opportunity to develop my Diamond Insight. It is my belief, as a woman who just turned 50, that it is possible for women in my age group to actually grow younger, mentally and physically, instead of aging. I have spent the last year growing younger. It was an incredible journey and it’s not over yet. I’m ready to share that.

  105. Maija says:

    Hi,

    Following your invitation to share…

The insight I want to share with people is that if you have a dream to make the world a better place, to be good to other people and make a difference… you need to give yourself the Permission and Freedom to treat yourself with the care and attention you give others. You can’t save the world if you’re neglecting the You that has to drive this thing.

    Freedom is the key word.

Freedom to play and create and express your true self.

Freedom from the internal judge and self-critic.

Freedom to be Open is the key phrase.

Freedom to be open to others, to learn from and inspire others.

Freedom to be open to growth and to becoming who you want to be; the best you can be.

This is how I want to be in the world, the culture I want to cultivate in my business, the impact I want to have on my community.

  106. janet says:

I feel there is a calling out from childless women to connect somehow in their grief. The agony of no baby coming from the womb goes far, far deeper and lasts waay, way longer than ths harsh, jabbing pain of childbirth. This sadness in the womb, body and heart of women without children stays on in the being of every woman longing for, or somehow still hoping for that most creative of acts of giving to the world. This bonded sisterhood of women – she will never be a part of.

  107. Karima says:

Thank you KC for sharing your insights and make us have clarity.Gratitude for your generosity. I would love to help women going through crisis such as infertility, rape, husband cheating, divorce, kids leaving the house, basically anything that challenges their feminity and trust in their worth…i just dont have the clarity of actions yet: where do i start, how do i start? Thank you all for sharing your stories. i believe we all go through difficult moments in our lives and as Suzanne said i believe life tests us by putting similar challenges in our face until we deal with them. i see it as a mario bro game….you cant go to the next level i.e happiness until you resolve the painful situation. the faster you do that the happier you can get….so i would love to help women of all ages who have gone through whatever pain move to a happy place. Forgiveness and self love is essential to this. my diamond insight is you are no victim of anyone…the person who has hurt you is the real victim. they are the ones who suffer. you are light, you are peace, you are beautiful and you can change the world, love the world and make it a happy place. you are in charge of your life and luckily you have inner strenght, wisdom and other women willing to support you if you need or have moments of self doubts…Thank you all for sharing your beautiful diamond insights. may you have the life you dream

  108. Tamara says:

My purpose which I fulfill through my company Just Us Women Productions, is to build relationships that inspire women to transform their lives. For each woman that may look a little different, but in completing this exercise it would I would say to women (particularly Black women) you are worthy. You are worthy of health and wellness. It’s not just for other women. It’s yours to own, embrace, carry into your future, and pass down to your children.

  109. Deborah says:

I am a Karuna Reiki master, health and nutrition coach and The Way Of The Heart practitioner starting a new practice called Sacred Food, Sacred Body. I have been struggling with issues of self-worth and self-love for my entire life. For various reasons I have had much distortion about my self image, first love’s suicide at age 17,high school counselor’s taking sexual advantage of me while in that emotionally vulnerable state, one of seven children with a single mother, father’s physical and emotional abandonment and difficulty establishing a meaningful long-term loving relationship. My deep personal issues have been getting in the way of accessing clarity around how to structure my new business as a holistic health coach. I have been trying to identify the perfect nutrition coaching technique but it’s been a real challenge to see what I’m here to do. I’ve been trying to figure out what “the public” would most respond to according to an old set of values established from a prior real estate career. I thought that if I used physical and marketable solutions as having the best possible monetary value that I would obtain “sucess”. In coaching my clients I have helped them access healing and transformation of deep issues with the use of diet, reiki and The Way Of The Heart re-programming techniques. The inner conflict was keeping me frozen not knowing which way to proceed. I see now that the very issues that I have felt were in the way ARE the way when I allow myself to be led by my heart’s knowing of deep compassion for those who suffer as I have in accessing self-love in order to be loved. This is beginning to look like how I am to define my services as a holistic health and life coach. I could be called a “love coach” as I use Reiki and The Way Of The Heart and coaching with food practices to access a new relationship with authentic self love including body image. I still need to work on further defining this service but it’s getting more clear and authentic. Thank you for this support, KC

  110. Olga says:

Hi KC! Thank you for your wonderful inspiration.
I’ve been on this journey for a few months now and it is helpful to get this clarity. I feel like my passion to empower anyone who is seeking how to be happy which is also why I feel like it overwhelms me sometimes.

    Here is my Diamond Insight
My vision is to empower everyone, who is seeking, to be happy through the use of their emotions to create peace and happiness for themselves. People who I can empower the most are the ones who want to change the situation they are in and take control over their life while being happy and joyful in the process.
We as humans have our emotions for a reason. They always guide us to feeling better if we let them. If we feel bad we are not in harmony with our higher self, if we feel good – we are in resonnace and that’s when we have access to the energy that creates worlds and let it deliver everything we want to us. All of our emotions serve good purpose which is to guide us from whereever we are, like depression, guilt, worry all the way to peace, joy, appreciation and love. And once we learn how to do so, we can transform our life deliberately and be happy in the process.

  111. Juliet Turalski @Julesinspired says:

At our core, we have an empowered being that has only been dormant because we chose to live without it.

  112. Lynn says:

I look around me and see people in various forms of discomfort and I want to help them move into comfort. I am a trained practitioner in massage and the Feldenkrais Method. The massage helps people feel good temporarily and the Feldenkrais Method can help people learn how they can feel good for longer. The Method is also a way for people to be affected positively in every aspect of their lives. My goal is to introduce this to as many people as I can.

  113. My vision for the world is people being empowered in their individuality, living their purpose and loving themselves, body, mind, and spirit. I want to educate people that increasing health and well being is one of the greatest ways to increase self worth and self love, to live freely and easily!

This was a great exercise. Thank you for sharing.

  114. Rupali Embry says:

What an inspiring outpouring from all these amazing and beautiful women! It must feel fantastic, KC, to be the lightening rod that spurs others to their greatness. I honor you for that.

My personal diamond insight is that of reflecting back to fellow yoga teachers the importance and significance of the role they play in the transformation of the world.

Being a yoga teacher is often not financially rewarding and yet many spend an enormous amount of resources on their training and continuing education each year. Teaching an hour-long class in a typical gym setting can earn as little as $10-20, and it might’ve taken a hour to get to that class as well as prep time. Many teachers have other full-time jobs and just teach yoga “for the love of it.”

But the impact of that class might be a true healing that occurs for just one student who then goes out to spread the love to someone else.

If you have been impacted by such a yoga teacher, I would love to hear from you! I am currently preparing a book project that sings the praises of those teachers among us who have been instrumental in our personal healing. Through photos, quotes and personal stories the project is meant to uplift and acknowledge the special contribution they are making to the world.

Please message me through Facebook (Rupali Embry) or email directly to rupaliembry@gmail.com. Give me the name and contact info of your special yoga teacher as well as info about how to contact you.

I look forward to hearing from you, and also supporting you in your mission. Mahalo for your assistance!

Thank you KC! Here’s the juice that came up for me: In order to have the life you’re here to love you must first decide to love the F out of who you are & where you’re standing in this very moment! -Not when… -Not if… -Not if only… but right NOW!

Letting go of all the shit you think you’re supposed to do & be and getting quiet long enough to hear those sexy whispers coming up from the depths of your soul who knows why she’s here.

Sexy is feeling alive in the naked of who you are in this moment then streaking curiously excited to see what’s around the corner and believing with everything you have inside that the gorgeous reward is more love, more peace, more freedom, more happiness, & more you. Every experience you’ve had has a gift placed on your road that’s has been leading you right back to the Sexy Soul that’s been in you all along.

  117. The most important relationship we have is with ourselves. If we relate to ourselves as small, anxious, fearful or criticize ourselves then it will impact our behaviors/actions we take into our work, relationships, etc. The way we identify with our thoughts can often be self-limiting. I want people to see the best in themselves, love themselves and learn to live in their potential. This will crate a happier and more peaceful life and ultimately be able to give more of ourselves to the world. Thank you for this video and creating the space to share. xo

  118. Thank you for sharing all this wisdom on how to solidify our message.

My main message is that we have to move beyond divisive, triumphalist, literal religious beliefs if we are ever to get to a unified spirituality and a peaceful world. Various spiritual development theorists have described a specific process of how this happens for some people; we ought to study them in hope of learning what spiritual maturity consists of, what type of spiritual leadership messages are valid, and what type of spiritual authorities we might want to avoid.

  119. Kim says:

Thank you for your lovely, caring energy. I love this exercise, and indeed it’s so helpful to gain clarity. I’ve felt I was a “Jill of all trades” for a long time, and I used to add the phrase, “master of none,” but now I say that I’m a “Jill of all trades, master of life.” I have so many skills and talents, and for years I didn’t know how to integrate them, or what I was most passionate about. Many people said, “choose one thing and go with it,” but I couldn’t. I eventually became an ontological life coach, and am discovering how my wisdom in so many areas can serve.

So, what is the struggle/challenge/concern/stress that I want to create transformation around? Well, I see so many people, particularly women, who have certain ideas they are passionate about, things they care deeply about and want for their life, but are not living it. I want to help people to connect with what they care about most in their lives, and understand that they CAN live in alignment with that care. I want people to know that they don’t have to give up on what matters to them just because it doesn’t fit into mainstream living, or because they are facing naysayers, or struggling to find time/money/support. These cares that we all have fall into so many domains of life….career, family, parenting, relationships, nourishment and nutrition, health and well-being, spirituality, community, etc. These are all things that the “Divine Feminine” side of us, or what I call “Sophia” is helping us to connect to. Sophia is the Mother of Humanity, and guiding us to share our gifts, align with our truth and show up as a force of wisdom in the world in ALL domains of life.

I have spent years studying human development, and applying it to all of these domains in my own life. Now I’m ready to give back and share with others. I help people to see what matters most to them, and then start living it in all domains of their lives, walking the talk of their heart song, and nurturing themselves as the great mother would nurture us all. When we live in alignment with our care and our truth, living authentically from the heart, we shine forth the essence of who we are, which is truly the BEST we can do for our evolving souls and for all of humanity and the earth.

If I could offer you one shift in perspective that would change how you think about how you can live your deepest cares, it would be that YOU are the decisive element, and you have the power to choose, one step at a time, one moment at a time. What can you do today, in which domain of your life, that will take care of what you care about?

Wow! If we could all feel empowered to connect with our care and take action in alignment with that, imagine what the world can be like!

Thanks KC for helping me to articulate this!

  120. Donna says:

I love this method that you are putting together for everyone. I have worked with women in fitness for 28 years. I am a physical therapist and Pilates instructor and have already written 2 fitness books. However I have had this continuing urge to continue my work to specifically deal with women. I work with women who are in pain. Whether from injury, postural problems or emotional/physical pain problems. The idea that people would associate with me is “posture”. I am an advocate on improving women’s posture which is so often caused by their life experiences, pain, and emotional status and then manifests into pain syndromes. It is my goal to write a book documenting this struggle and to give them the tools that they need to change posture unique to women’s bodies, show how emotions are connected to the posture we present to the world and to help them feel their best. The outline has been written but I have not been moving forward.I need to get rid of the fear, and resistance and MOVE. Thanks for the push that I needed.

    • Amanda Tress says:

Bring it on Donna! I watch so many ‘transformational’ programmes where the lovely woman has new hair, clothes and make up but nobody showed her how simple it is to bring elegance and beauty to their bearing. Walk tall, walk proud! Thank you for your work.

  121. Sherelle says:

Thank you for this focused video and the opportunity to see the heart of what other women are up to!

I once broke off an engagement to someone who was only happy when I made myself small for him. It was the transformative moment of my life. The moment where I claimed myself despite fears that no one would love all of me. Since then, I’ve been driven to find out how to make love work. This journey has culminated in a love so rich in respect, integrity, and depth, I could never have imagined it possible before.

Thanks to you today, if I were to sum it all up, I would say:

You can create the love you crave, by choosing it.

  122. Marnee Setty says:

My mission is restoring beauty from the inside out, remembering our beauty, embracing it and unveiling it to the world, restoring our innocent beautiful love of self that empowers us to embrace our own inner and outer beauty, see the beauty around us, contribute to the beauty, and draw it out it others.

  123. Danielle says:

There is truth in beauty. As an art historian, I always meet people who love art and maybe even studied it in high school or college–but have had to put it aside because it’s not something to pursue or something that helps pay the bills. But studying art is like stepping in to the imagination of others throughout time, and there are so many ideas and innovations that are relavant and inspiring models that we can call on today. I want to give talks to innovators, designers, and visionaries about how art can make support their ideas and inspire them even more.

  124. Ingrid says:

Never be afraid of change because this is where real growth is. As the slogan says “life happens”. The key is to keep moving forward, always. I have always been moved by Ghandi’s quote “Be the change you wish to see in the world”. My experience has been that the best way to persuade others to believe what you believe is the example that you set. Living your message is your most powerful tool.

  125. People living expressed and free.
In the face of all life’s circumstances.
Our hearts break and we can re-emerge with that shattered heart whole – and open.
The human spirit is powerful and resilient beyond measure.
We are built to feel and feel and feel…and to rise.
When we embrace who we are – the good, the bad and the ugly – we build energy and vitality for life – that is contagious.
And when we embrace the humanity of those around us, life gets bigger and more delicious.

  126. Shelley says:

I was a stay at home mother for 9 years and this was the most rewarding job of my life. When my youngest went to school, I went into a kind of mourning – I was lost. I just lived my dream – being a stay at home mother. My children obviously still need me, but I am not as needed and also not as fulfilled by mothering as I once was. At 38 years old, I need a new dream and so now I’m embarking on creating, developing and living my next dream.

There are not many resources for “former” stay at homers who feel lost as they work themselves out of their job, so I created my own little support group of women in the same position. It is so rewarding to share with and support women create new goals and dreams and witness their evolution onto their Next Best Thing.

My big idea…I’d like to take this bigger and wider and support more women in this position find their new dreams, while still living out their current motherhood dream. Empowered mothers create and support empowered children and a happier world. What an honor it would be to do my part to help create a happier, more empowered world!

I live in a small town but have been an advocate for people with invisible disabilities in a broader online community.
My disability has given me the time and the freedom to follow a path that has lead me to a place where I am often asked to organize community projects, forums and groups.
Recently I was approached by a friend who is one of the few primary care doctors in our community and asked to help fulfill his dream of organizing a group for people who are dealing with chronic pain.
My “Diamond Insight” is that the discussions within that group will be focused on growth, acceptance, love, forgiveness and the soul-body connection that can allow us to transcend the pain and become the best we can be. Rather than spending the group time sharing our stories of pain and suffering, we can share our coping skills and our goals and dreams and support each other as best we can.
This insight has just come to me after watching your video, reading the comments before me and taking the time to actually follow your advice and write down a list.
Now I feel ready to reconnect with that doctor and work to make his dream a reality!
Thank you to an online friend whom I’ve never met for leading me to you and this website. I believe we will all be learning a lot from each other as we watch your upcoming videos. Love & Light ❤

  130. Suzanne says:

Thanks KC for all that you do……Several years ago I ended a very unhealthy relationship. I had completely lost myself and the toll it had taken on me emotionally and physically forced me to “wake up.” Around the same time I sychronistically got a 12 week old Golden Retriever puppy. At the time I was unaware that this puppy and I had a sacred contract. Off and on for the next three years we engaged in a Wilderness Walk across the United States. Through this journey I found my way back to the woman God intended me to be. I had a spiritual, emotional and physical awakening. I realized that I had been asleep at the wheel for many years. Suddenly I was ALIVE in a way that I never knew was possible. I found my purpose and moved out of my head and into my heart. Now my mission is to guide individuals who are suffering with emotional paralysis after a shocking mid-life event. They know that their life will never be the same. I provide them with their own “trail map” as they set out on their spiritual journey back to themselves and to their own inner truth. I walk them through the pain, we face their greatest fears, deepen their faith, release victim consciousness, take back their power, release excuses, and stop blaming others. Most people just skim the surface and keep questioning why the same lesson keeps showing up. I tell them that if you have breath then you have life. You must turn up the volume. You have been given another chance to create the life that you have always dreamed of. Pain jolts your mind and body immediately into the present. It is a gift. It is an opportunity to re-evaluate and make a radical change. It is not the end but a new beginning.

    • Karima says:

Thank you Suzanne for sharing your story. i believe we all go through difficult moments in our lives and as you said i believe life tests us by putting similar challenges in our face until we deal with them. i see it as a mario brother game….you cant go to the next level i.e happiness until you resolve the painful situation. the faster you do that the happier you can get….so i would love to help women of all ages who have gone through whatever pain move to a happy place. Forgiveness and self love is essential to this. my aha insight is you are no victim of anyone…the person who has hurt you is the real victim, they are the ones who suffer. You are light, you are peace, you are beautiful and you can change the world, make your world a happy place. you are in charge of your life and luckily you have inner strenght, wisdom and other women willing to support you if you need or have moments of self doubts….i would love to help women going through crisis such as infertility, rape, husband cheating…i just dont have the clarity of actions yet. Thanks a million KC for getting me to think harder…your insights are beautiful. Gratitude for your generosity!

  131. Grethe says:

Thank you for guiding me to my inner voice KC 😉

I’m helping people who are stuck in their lives and thoughts, to raise their vibration and help them to understand and to use their energysystems to live fuller lives.

  132. I worked as a mental health chaplain a couple years ago and had a wonderful and heartwrenching time. I came away with a Mantra that at the bottom of all that we encounter we want: “to be seen, to be heard, and to be loved.”
All that we do is to fill one of those areas, including areas of conflict and disagreement that we have with one another. It is all to fill a spot which is being neglected. If we could understand this fundamental concept, we could begin to see each other with much more humane(ness) than we do.
What is my one big idea? I want that all persons be seen, heard, and loved for who and what they are–no matter the situation or circumstance. That all people are worthy of love and care and regard, it sickens me that we have stricter laws for the treatment of our animals, but we CHOOSE to rip each other to shreds and destroy one another for no reason.
I would give my right arm to be public speaking and writing professionally on this aspect, and to embrace a concept that the Assets we need already exist within ourselves and within our community. Would that we had people in positions to walk those journeys with us…..
There is my 2 cents worth.

  133. Alex Nicassio says:

Thank you so much KC for your transformative video and for everyone else who has left a comment sharing their diamond insights. They are so precious!

As a teen, I see how so many girls my age struggle every day, thinking they’re ugly, worthless, and trapped in the fate their friends, family, and culture have created for them. They hate themselves, their bodies, and their life, even if it all looks perfect on the outside. I really want to pursue a career in helping to remind girls that they are wonderful and that they can take control of their own destiny. My message for them is this:

You are beautiful. You are needed. You are free.
The key to your happiness lies becoming your own best friend.

Thanks again everyone for sharing your own diamond insights!

  134. Amy says:

I want women to know that putting themselves first in their lives is the most selfless thing they could ever do. When you’re in alignment in your personal life, everything flows effortlessly.

Life isn’t meant to be hard. Once you understand that every struggle or challenge in front of you is a golden nugget, an opportunity to grow and expand your life, you’ll welcome the challenges instead of brace against them. Your level of self worth and respect will be amazing. You’ll never ever settle for less in life when you want more and guilt, overwhelm and stress will be a thing of the past.

When you know who you are and have a deeper connection to yourSelf, the relationship with yourself changed and your relationship with everyone else in your life will strengthen and grow.

    Wow…that felt really good! 🙂

    Thanks KC!

    Hugs,
    Amy

Thank you KC for the great video and the great support for all women we are watching it. WE all deserve it. Thank you dr. Northrup for letting me know.
My Diamond Insight is this: “Women in need, start to co-operate with other women, become respectfull partners, become co-learners together, set up women´s circle whose power and gifts are there for each of you”. Thank you KC and Dr. Northrup, you have alredy done it for many of us.

  136. Natalie says:

I believe that we all deserve to receive abundance from doing what we love the most in this world and sharing these gifts. That earning money need not be out of alignment with doing what we love. I’m hurt most when I see people doing work that dislike out of a feeling of necessity or obligation and I want to inspire others to listen to the calling of their true passions and begin the journey to abundance from these gifts.

I have personally struggled with this very essence in my own being which is perhaps why I have been unable to share it up to this point. What I most love in the world is performing as a dancer, actor, and singer and connecting with others through the gifts of my body, voice, and emotional life and yet I have struggled with feeling that I deserve abundance from these very gifts.

This video has helped me to go deep into my inner voice, my intuition and I look forward to going deeper still as this series progresses.

    Thanks so much!

  137. Karen says:

Thank you for the wonderful video! Such valuable information, beautifully presented.

My Diamond Insight is this: Within every woman there is a Queen, a spark of the Divine that is the source of authentic feminine power and wisdom. Cultivating a relationship with our Inner Queen is the key to unlocking a life of inspiration, empowerment, abundance and joy.

Thank you, KC. My diamond insight is “Recovery is Possible”. I am an Addictions Therapist who has been helping people recover from addictions, especially alcohol and drugs for over 25 years. I am intentional about gaining employment in the field in a new state and was off track. Your video inspired me to focus and continue taking action. I can’t wait to see your other videos. They resonate with language from The Forum.

  139. This was so helpful, KC- Thank You!!!
It got me thinking and refining my thoughts around my work into a message.
I am a hat designer/ milliner, so I was grateful to hear your comment about communicating with visuals being the old paradigm way. I’ve always known my work comes from my strong belief in the power of Self expression and here’s how your video helped me……

Personal style is simply Self expression.
And Self expression is simply the alignment of the outer Self with the inner Self.
Nothing more, nothing less than the current manifestation of who You really are.

Thank you for sharing Your message and look forward to the next video.

  140. Nura says:

I care for everyone who feels lost and without orientation in this life. People who lack a sense of meaning and feel like walking in the mist. People who can’t see the way and don’t know, what to hold on to or which path to follow.
My message is, to learn to find the leading from inside, to trust in life and to build up a strong relationship to the inner self. Get in touch with your self! Trust your inner guidance, learn to orientate by trusting the process of life.
thank you for the inspiration, it comes in the perfect moment to me!
    love, Nura

  141. Debbie Betts says:

Thank you for the inspiration to verbalize my diamond insight! In this world of our largest health crisis ever I want to share with others the power to take charge of their own health! I want to educate people to the possibilities of “Perfect Health”. I know this to be possible!! I believe perfect health includes not only physical health but also, mental, spiritual, relationship, and purposeful career health. I have the tools to guide others to their own success and I want to share these!

  142. Chantal Cyr says:

Since a young age I was intrigued with peoples thoughts. From negative to positive. I witness my mother struggle with Ms. At 7 years old I put 2 plus 2 together. My mother had misted out on love and significance as child and had grown into a rigid personality. When she had negative thoughts her health and symptoms would worsen. When she had good days her health improved. But I never knew how to put it in words or articulate it in fear to be ridicule by others cause this idea of mine was so outrageous. Until someone handed me the book of a french author Lise Bourbeau. She is a french version of Louise Hay. That is when I realized I had a gift. I guessed it at 7 years old. But I am now 40 and I never found the will to articulate it, accept to my close friends who I trusted enough to talk about it.
My message is to teach people to heal their childhood in order to help them change their patterns so their children do not fallow the same mistakes. Teaching people to listen to their bodies and help them recognize their alignment with who they are and who they are born to be.

  143. Shauna Brandes says:

I’m a birth doula, lactation educator, restorative yoga teacher and aspiring Mindfulness-Based Childbirth & Parenting educator. My aim is to support women through the most transformative event of their life, becoming a mother, and impart tools and techniques to families so they can reframe their relationship to pain in childbirth (and be nurtured by me through the process), wisely rise up to the challenges of parenting, and generally be more peaceful and at ease from day to day. My diamond insight keeps coming back to: mindful birthing, mindful life. And for some reason I want to add on “=FREEDOM”

I look forward to learning more and thank Lisa Kotecki and the Goddess Collective for introducing you to me. 🙂

    • Rachel Sarah says:

Freedom is such a big issue in birthing these days! The birth of my child was a huge catalyst to seeking my own freedom, and sharing that message to others.

  144. Thank you, KC, for an inspiring video. Those of us who are entrepreneurial and creative tend to struggle with clarity because we have so much going on in our heads. I used to think that I was the only one, but after leaving my desk job, I quickly found out that I’m the rule rather than the exception. Thanks for the beautiful reminder!

I am the author of “Spoiled: Fresh Ideas for Parenting Your Entitled Child–at Any Age!” I inspire parents to raise a new generation better equipped to solve social ills and leadership failures that plague us. This will happen when we understand that parenting is a skill, one for which most of us receive no training.

Becoming a parent changed me in a way that I did not expect. It’s more than the responsibility for another life, or the wonder of possibilities each new baby brings, or the intense love that poured into my heart each time I saw my child for the first time. It’s a sense that I am connected through my children to the future and that I have a responsibility to leave it more beautiful than the world I was born into. I no longer believe that someone else will address the social ills and leadership vacuum that threatens my children–I believe that I must. By supporting, teaching, and loving parents, I will be living my passion, serving as a beautiful role-model for my children, and have lasting impact on them and thousands of other children in a positive and inspiring way.

  145. Lori Petro says:

Beautiful video, very inspiring. I just found you through Dr. Christiane Northrup and can’t wait to learn more. Warmly, Lori

  146. Courtney says:

The idea I want to share with the world is that we never, ever have to settle in relationships. As women, don’t have to accept substandard treatment or date men that are just plain wrong for us for fear of ending up alone. We can choose faith that our true heart’s desires for epic love exists for a reason, and hold on to knowing that the right man WILL come along. It’s better to be single than settle.

  147. Tori says:

All of these diamond insights are so inspiring. Sometimes I feel that I have way too many insights, too many thoughts and ideas on how to be of service to others, and narrowing it down to just one as proved to me difficult, which ultimately causes me to get very stuck. But here are a few things that I wrote, and in the next few weeks, I would like to become clear on the that one special message that is only about what the Divine wants me to deliver. It should not be about me but about being willing to allow whatever is supposed to come forth to happen naturally.

1)Women who embrace and empower other women..who minimize the competition, and maximize the love and acceptance of themselves and others.

    2) To help Adult children of Alcoholics live a life of freedom from the debilitating anxiety, guilt and depression. To know life is about love and not fear.

    3) To help families incorporate a vegan whole food lifestyle, that is not a burden financially.

    4) Political and social equality for all women worldwide

    5) Understanding as a women we know what is best for our body, we have the inside knowledge and intuition. We should be our own best advocate in making decisions about our individual health.

    6) Last but I am sure not least :)…Trusting that the Divine is you and me and we ultimately are all one, so Everything hangs in the balance on this ONE pivotal idea. That we have an ultimate destiny that we must embrace and allow.

So as you can see..lots of ideas…now to allow the divine to come through and totally let the ego GO!

Unfortunately the video keeps pausing every few seconds and I can’t take advantage of it. I usually change the resolution to a lower grade and it fixes it but I don’t see an option here. I would love to listen to this massage and the ones that follow. Please let me know if you have a solution for it.

    • KC Baker says:

Hi Mitra! Thanks for letting us know. Did you try letting it load completely first and then playing it? I usually will hit play, then immediately hit pause so the video can completely load (watch the grey line go across the time reader), and then when it’s done, hit play. Try that and see if it helps. If not, please write back and here and we’ll see about getting another solution for you! – KC

I want to help mothers and fathers bring whole foods into their kitchens in a way that is interactive, integrative and fun. I want to remind families that the kitchen can be a place of great communion and sharing…that it goes beyond the food. Food is medicine, food is one of the ways we take care of one another.

  150. Amy Tiehel says:

I am a lyme disease patient who has suffered this debilitating illness for many years. I never saw a tick bite or a rash and this illness has brought me to my knees mentally, physically and spiritually. I started a support group for others in my county because I never want to see someone go through what I went through to get diagnosed and treated, simply because of the ignorance and controversy surrounding this disease. My Diamond Insight was that I want to help lyme patients find their willpower to be their own advocate and to trust their body’s intuition in the fight for their health. Thank you KC for this video which helped me define what I already knew was in my soul!!! 🙂

I am a non-profit business owner, Law of Attraction Coach, Reiki master, best selling author, radio host, dog trainer and animal communicator. I have gone from victim to victorious and learned powerful spiritual lessons from the dogs in my life. I believe with all my heart that our dogs have been guided to us for specific spiritual lessons. What every human on the planet got these lessons and believed their purpose was to love unconditionally, forgive completely, live in the moment, and just spread joy. I am a voice for the animals that are being killed and not getting to share their message they came to share. My radio show is dedicated to creating a No-Kill Nation and I am honored to be on this mission. I am so grateful my friend Kris Carlson just shared you with me I can see you are an answer to a prayer. I BELIEVE in miracles. I know this what I was born to do, bless you for sharing your gifts.

So moving and beautifully put! Thank you! I have a bunny rabbit that I’ve neglected since our son was born to us after 12 years of marriage… Arnie the bunny was our blessing for the last 5 years that we were struggling to have a baby, we found him randomly outside (we live in Jerusalem where there are no stray rabbits!) and our “oracle” mentor and friend back in NY told us he came to keep us company and give us love while we were waiting for our family to happen… he used to live with us inside our home but since having the baby he’s been on our roof (we don’t have a garden) and alone most of the time. I was afraid he might hurt the baby or shed hair everywhere but that’s just silly. I’m going to give him a hug right now, I love your message! Thank you!

  152. KC, thank you for this amazing video! I have been writing and speaking about wellness and particularly healing our gut for 2 years now but I never stopped feeling that my message was a little too spread out. I was bouncing from ayurveda, to body confidence, to diet, to digestive health, to yoga nonstop.
Your video and exercises made me realize that the main point that I want to communicate is that ‘Mind-body communication and respect are essential for healing’. Healthy eating, relaxation, yoga, breath, ayurveda – all are just instruments in helping to create and foster mind-body communication.
There is still more work to do to clarify my message but your video has been really helpful!

The people whose suffering I would like to heal are the ones who have not lived their true dreams – those people who have not found the voice and power of their true selves to show them the way. I would like to help them find their true path and inspire them to walk it.

  154. This is so fabulous, KC! Thank you for helping me find my voice and message this past year! Thank you for helping women find their vision! love and hugs! xo

  155. Coco says:

Thank you KC for your inspiring work. Your story and work have truly touched me.

I got your email yesterday in a break while working with my client and just a glimpse on it opened my eyes (and heart) for the importance to share my insights and gifts boldly with the world.

After writing a long list of diamond insights, this one is the core diamond:

Sensuousness opens you to seeing your beauty and truth so you can finally love yourself.

  156. This is my Diamond Insight: Become the person of your dream and your dream will become reality effortlessly. Effortless creation is about opening up for what you wish (to feel) instead of running after it. Your dream is ready to be manifested and looking for you. You are the only missing element. When you start to feel like, be like and act like the person in your dreams, your dream will manifest itself around you so fast, you’ll think it’s magic. Instead it is the Law of Attraction reflecting consistently back to you how you present yourself vibrationally to the universe.

The group of people that I would like to inspire and uplift especially are entrepreneurs from the heart who struggle to make a living instead of living their sparkling dreams doing what they are meant to do as teachers, healers, leaders, coaches and creatives.

Thanks KC for helping me get the message clear before my new website will go up in a few weeks. Your work helps me to step into the mindset of the version of me that I see in my dreams.

Much love to you. Thank you for never giving up on the desire to share your voice!

    • Lisa says:

Oh wow, that was a huge AHA for me – be the person of your dreams and you’ll experience effortless creation. Thank you Marielle!

  157. I see suffering in the world. I see war, disease, poverty, physical slavery, mental slavery, greed, hate, desperation, to name but a few.

I wish to remind people that they are Images and Children of God, and that as images and children of God they have everything within them to become masters of their destinies. All they need to do is to be willing to discover the power within them. I would like to teach them to take back control so that they are in control of their health first. Once they have sorted that out I want them to contact that power within that Jesus referred to when he said “The Kingdom of Heaven is within you.”

I want them eventually to understand this God-power so that they develop absolute faith in it, not blind faith that has failed them time and time again. With absolute faith I want them to create heaven on earth, each one in his/her own way. No one is going to have any authority over them any more. Each and every one of us will be his/her own priest, his/her own teacher, his/her own guide, for the highest authority is God and the Kingdom of God is within.

  158. saida says:

KC… you rock! I LOVE LOVE LOVE your presentation, so clear, useful, non-fluffy, and deep.

I am so ready to reach millions of women in the world with my message. In fact, I feel like I am doing women a great dis-service by NOT doing so.

I am a Succulence Revolutionary who loves motto is: “Ignite Yourself – Transform The World”. My diamond insight is:

“Your succulence, your sensual/sexual nature as a woman, is your birthright, is non-negotiable and is essential for living as fully expressed, integrated, and ignited woman.”

  159. Ruth Crone says:

    My diamond insight:

“The problems you have are nothing to do with what’s in your bank account and everything to do with not knowing how to make withdrawals from the unlimited vault you do have between your ears and in your heart.”

I want people to have Uncommon Freedom – the ability to make choices that come from being financially empowered.

  160. Marlies says:

I want to shift the perspective that, yes, you can change your health, it’s in your hands to take care of your body, what you put in, on top and what you think. This body is the only one you have, take good care of it and smile at yourself in the mirror you deserve it!
Have you tried to say “I Love You” to your inner self yet. How does it feel?

  161. Ayla says:

Such a helpful video KC… thank you.

My heart aches for women all over the world suffering with the rejection of and separation from the Feminine. This suffering being experienced as a closing down of the Feminine Heart, originating from a painful and/or challenging initial relationship with one’s own Mother.

This “Mother Wound” results in deep feelings of rejection, abandonment and betrayal, and can cause women to develop an over-giving nature to the detriment of one’s self; a lack of appropriate boundaries; difficulty saying no to other’s needs and/or demands; distrusting of self; unable to speak one’s truth for fear of rejection, ridicule or abandonment; critical and judgmental of self and others; difficulty in forming lasting and supportive relationships with other women… the list is long.

The healing balm I feel compelled to offer is guiding these women back home to the Mother. The Great Mother. The Mother of us all. The Sacred Feminine, honored throughout many cultures, whose myriad and diverse expressions offer women empowering archetypes for healing, expression and transformation.

Through this process of Returning, women risk opening their hearts once more to receive the nurturance, acceptance, compassion, unconditional love, wise guidance, feminine wisdom, and empowerment they feel they originally did not receive. They learn how to Mother themselves and embody the sacred powers of the Feminine. They create deep, trusting and lasting relationships with other women. They also develop compassion for their Mothers, Grandmothers and Great Grandmothers (as well as women all over the world), after awakening to the effects of living in a paradigm where the Feminine has been denied and denigrated and whose wounds affect us all.

    • Coco says:

Your approach is so beautiful and so true Ayla!

    • Ann says:

      Love this. Thank you!

    • Diana says:

That is a really powerful and eloquent reminder and needs to be put out into the world again and again.

    • Lia says:

Ayla, Wow! You really hit something deep within me. So beautifully put into words. How do I sign up?
KC, Thank you for this video. I am looking forward to listening to the others. I love what you are teaching. You inspire me.
My diamond insights are not quite so chystal clear yet.
I feel very passionate about self-love. I love to help middle aged women (who are not happy in their life) that know something has to change. It gives me great pleasure to help these women to go deeper by asking the right questions to reflect back to them what their soul is trying to tell them. And them being their to listen to them (supporting them, guiding them) along the way of making changes in their thinking, habits, lifestyle choices, etc… It is the most amazing feeling when they get these “aha moments” when it clicks that they need to love themselves first. Treating themselves like they would a friend, their best friend.

    • Gvantsa says:

Dear Ayla, your message is so powerful. It shed light on some of my most painful challenges that I have been experiencing throughout my life. Thank you so much for sharing this and please do share it with the world.

  162. Brittany says:

Thanks so much for the video it came at exactly the right time! I would love to tell girls and women that there is more to life than being concerned with how others perceive you, your own doubts, fears and insecurities and that everyone is their own brand of beautiful!

Thanks again KC I had a major breakthrough with this video and I look forward to the others.

  163. Sarah says:

I am a disabled Marine Corps combat veteran who works with a lot of other veterans. Although I have battled with Post-Traumtic Stress Disorder, depression, and terrible health in the past, through yoga, integrative nutrition, positive psychology and more, I’ve found a way to heal. I find that I tend to stand out as a positive voice among this demographic where many are still very stuck in their trauma and pain. SOOO Much to say on this topic, but I’ll leave it there for now. Thanks for your wisdom, KC 🙂

  164. I discovered that facing my rapist in court and testifying against him turned out to be the most empowering experience for me. In the summer of 1988 an unknown man made his way into my home, tried to strangle & suffocate me. He threatened to kill me if I looked at his face. It took 20 years for this man to be found. For years I was so afraid of this man and what he had done to me (and many other women). It wasn’t until I was in the courtroom, seeing him for the first time that I realized how pathetic he was.
I believe my experience in the court room was truly what made me go from rape victim to survivor. Whenever I can I share my story with women, letting them know they too can become empowered even if they never have the experience of testifying in court.
If you are interested, you can read my book (written with Chief Investigator, David Cordle who never gave up on my cold case). ‘One Voice Raised: A Triumph Over Rape’ is available on Amazon. (Kindle version is free Feb 14th)

WOW. Jennifer. This is outstanding. Thank you so much for writing in here and sharing this. My jaw dropped as I read this. I feel the fire in what you write here, and I feel total respect and admiration of you for taking this and turning around to share with other women. “they too can become empowered even if they never have the experience of testifying in court.” Thank you for your courageous work, and your deep compassion for other women who have gone through something similar. I think you are beyond survivor. You are a thriver, and that comes from turning around and giving this extremely hard earned wisdom to the world. That is serious love.

      In deep respect, KC

    • Gvantsa says:

Thank you for being the woman that you are Jennifer. ❤️

  165. admin says:

Dion, I love how you get right into the heart of the experience, and especially this: “they secretly don’t trust that they are capable of more.” Did you have this experience yourself? You know so intimately the struggle. KC

  166. Dion Johnson says:

Thank you, this was very helpful. I did the exercises and thought about how my heart aches for midlife managerial women who are stuck in a career rut, feeling unfulfilled, empty, hollow and desperately trying to cover up and hide the way they are truly feeling about work and life: They are just going through the motions, putting up and shutting up, fighting with the inner longing for more because they secretly don’t trust that they are capable of more. To this managerial woman over 40 my message is “Life is not over, WAKE UP! Your professional best is yet to come”

  167. Thank you KC for sharing so much of yourself and the gentle nudging to help us find our Diamond Insights. I am surrounded by many woman artists and I see a lot of pain, especially when they are in the low tide of their creativity. This is when negativity, self-doubt creeps in. My diamond insight for them and my message is to Be Brave during this time and refill that void so that they can again share their talents with the world. Refilling with things that feed the soul, body, spirit and avoid things that destroy it.

    • admin says:

Maria, this is SUCH powerful wisdom. “refill that void so that they can again share their talents with the world. Refilling with things that feed the soul, body, spirit and avoid things that destroy it.” The creative flow can bring such highs and lows, and if we don’t take care of ourselves, it can be detrimental. Sage guidance and insight. Curious to know about your own experiences that have brought you to this seeing… KC

  168. Rain says:

I would impact children around the world who have experienced profound trauma and lost. I would impact communities that have experienced profound trauma and lost. The message is:

You don’t have to be the victim of what happened here. You can choose in this very instance to BE HEALED and MOVE FORWARD. You can choose to LOVE, no matter what. You can choose to LOVE, no matter the challenge. You can choose the life you want to have for yourself, your family, your community, and for future generations to come. You can acknowledge the story and tell it if that is what you need to do AND you can acknowledge the story without telling it at all. This is not what some might call a “spiritual bypass.” It is being willing to stand inside of the best of who you are as a human being and being an example of that is for everyone else to follow. It is about living courageously and being the one, because that is all it takes, is one to say, “enough!” not on my watch, not one my block, not in my community, not in my city, not in my state, not in my country, no in my world! After this declaration to end whatever the _______ is that has us suffer, die, and be less than what we can be as human beings, you can now go about the business of doing whatever you are guided to do to live out the vision of the world you see, without apology and without compromise.

It does not mean life wont bring challenges. It means choosing to be the best expression of humanity that you can be and are called to be in each instance. If you think of any magnificent person who has moved nations, healed communities, or did some extraordinary thing that you thought was just reserved for a talented few; you too are that person in the way and expressed only as you can. You must be willing to sit with and become very familiar with the magnificence that you are and be willing to step into THAT all the days, the moments, and the instances of your precious life.

    Are you willing?

    • admin says:

Rain – this is beautiful. I was struck by the power it, especially this piece: “It is being willing to stand inside of the best of who you are as a human being.” That is a powerful piece of wisdom and shift in perspective. As is this: “You can choose to LOVE, no matter the challenge.” Your commitment, compassion and courage come through so clearly. Keep sharing this and speaking up. KC

    • Debbie says:

That’s awesome and my message as well. We are all magnificent beings and our thoughts and experiences do not determine who we are. Live the life you love.
